How to move a lot of objects from one save to another?
So i created a D&D dungeon thingy using a lot of pre made tile sets in a seperate table/save but can't figure out how to move all of it across to another save which has a table specifically set up for D&D. Any ideas?

different ways to load multiple mods together

1)right click on Object (dice as example) to save to chest. load rpg mod. then go to host>chest>saved objects look for dice

2) right click on Object or highlight everything-(dice as example) and click Persistent. load RpG game. Object- dice will transfer in with the game

3)load RPG game. go to Workshop tab look for dice mod name ex. Dragon dice hover to the right click on the arrow. click on the model it will drop in.

The marking as persistent that Persona mentioned is probably the fastest way if you're going to import once, make a new save, and never do that again with the same items. The others are probably faster for repeat use.

The fastest way in this situation imo, is to merge the save files.

You can open the .json files with word/notepad.

Find the point in the save file with the map where it starts listing objects, then copy paste that entire section into the end of the same section in the target save file.

Save the file then load it up in TTS and the pieces should load in as they would in the other file.

You have to retain the order and syntax when you do this, so double check everything is in the right spot if you get an error (like when you write html or programming).

I'm a fan of sticking large quantities of custom objects into a bag, then saving the bag. That gives me sets of tiles/figures/etc. that I can just pull up in a few clicks, then just let the players pull apart the bag. ^_^
