How do i flip the table?

Well I never did the tutortial but there should be a button at the right of the white area with host options and stuff which is located at the top of the screen.

Can you post a screenshot of when you're in Singleplayer? There should be a menu on the top bar.

I originally thought that this thread was just an instance of the OP not seeing the menu as well. I decided to quickly run through the tutorial since it had been so long since I'd done so. I then noticed that if you turn off the UI in the tutorial, pressing F11 again does not make the menu bar reappear.

Perhaps this is what happened to PankakeManceR [Legion X]; however, I doubt that I would have ever seen this without this thread since this doesn't happen in normal gameplay.

To replicate this behavior, just press F11 twice in the tutorial.
1) This causes the menu to not appear when prompted to flip the table.
2) This does not occur in singleplayer/multiplayer (just the tutorial)

It should also be mentioned that the 'F' hotkey can be used in addition to the menu button that should appear at the top.

Insufficient permissions to flip the table if you are in another server thay does not allow it.
