There is a Roulette mod on the workshop, as as far as I know, they utilize a tall token (usually a chess piece) to 'catch' the top of the spinner in order to make it spin.

If you're able to have a part of your spinner stick out (for example - joining something flat that sits on top of your spinner, but having part of that something stick out beyond the wheel), then you can use a similar method to 'spin' it.

Right now, there are no physics that allow spinners to spin like you would in real life.

Whoops, my bad. The flick tool is something I forget exists. I would imagine if you follow a similar set-up (stationary circle with an arrow jointed on top, it should work.

Test it out and post back any issues you get.
