I've been using the newest version on Nexus (1.8.28), and can download files, and create a backup file. When I click on "Create Self-Extracting Backup" it wants me to input a .ttsmod file, so I browse to where I just saved the backup I made. Invariably it tells me that it's not a valid ttsmod file. "Arkham Horror (Nameless Edition).ttsmod' is not a valid TTS Mod Backup!"
I've tried multiple files. I've renamed files so there's no special characters, and/or to make the file name shorter in case that's the problem. Nothing seems to help.
Am I doing something wrong, and if so, what should I be doing instead?
Thanks! I have an account there from the very beginning, but I don't often make my way over to your forums, while I'm on Steam all the time. I'll consider checking there first, next time. =)
This is an excellent tool, and I readily endorse it.
Nexus is free dont need to pay anything, make the account and you are good to go. ignore that premimum stuff
