Glitch: Phantom objects randomly appearing

My friend and I having an intermittent issues when we play certain games of TTS and only with certain mods. With some mods, there are phantom objects that will appear and resize, sometimes tokens or dice will randomly change color.

This seems very random and usually adjusts resources that you are actively using in the game. The most annoying is in games where the color of the die matters and it goes from yellow to purple or something else seemingly random.

Rarely do these phantom events occur on-screen. Usually when scrolling back to another part of the screen random tokens will appear discolored, added or resized. Occasionally I'll see a token resize out of the corner of my eye.

Anyone else have anything like this happen?
