double sided custom tokens
Are the devs planning on adding the ability to make custom tokens with different images on opposite sides?

We've mentioned previously that it's something we'd like to add in the future. You can also check out our Knowledge base, particular this page[berserk-games.com] for updates.

Edit: You can also post any suggestions on our official forums[www.berserk-games.com]. Just be sure to search first to make sure it hasn't already been suggested. Feel free to add any suggestions you like. It's how we keep track of everything and we mark it when something has been added.

Thank you for your reply Kimiko. I think it would be a great addition to TTS.

Yup, just ran into this myself, there's a couple of custom token mods you can use in the meantime.

Bump. This is a big issue - especially given the poor support for double sided cards that exists, which basically makes any quick import from a physical set of die cut cards or counters a photoshop nightmare.

Bump. It's been years. Surely this can't be that hard to add. Really needed for some old school games with double sided chits.

You can do this with free software (Blender) and a couple of youtube tutorials Mr. Necro.

Sorry to necropost, but I didn't want to make a duplicate thread. This is the thread that comes up on Google when you search for this, and it's still on their roadmap of features they're supposed to be working on, even though it's been years (which is odd). I grabbed some chits from Divine Right but the decals are lost when the units are stacked. If it's that easy to make them, why haven't the developers just added them to the stock parts? Sounds like a very minor task and it's not like others haven't requested it.

No problem. I'm still waiting too. It's been years, so probably not such a minor task for them.

Try this:

1. Create a token using the front png to give it the shape and front image.

2. Create the back as a png and apply it as a decal to the back in TTS.

If the token is symmetrical horizontally the decal should apply flush and cover-up the front image showing on the back.

If the token is not, then the back image SHAPE will have to be a horizontal mirror of the token.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the idea!

Yeah, waiting for it too. Meanwhile you can use double-sided cards with transparent sides. Looks weird but works
