On top left under steam store ,when you are looking at workshop item ,click the text.
This copies the page.
Then paste here.
This will show the workshop title as a post.
Come back here.
Use CTRL V to paste the link.
I tested the mod in the TTS Mod Backup tool.
When I first looked at Mod in TTS initially ,it said 100% complete BUT
when I checked in TTS Mod backup tool ,i had only downloaded about half of the pics.
I did A download in TTS Mod Backup Tool -
now I have all of the pics.
I suggest go here-

Then install tool ,and download via the tool.
It MAY solve isssue.
If you use Tool and it still wont download -then I could share a backup -to install from tool.
This mod within the tool has correct links by the way -
the tool should work perfectly out of the box.
