The face of one of my custom decks are just blank
I've recently been making a custom deck; and the back picture works, but the face just turns up black. The face image is in the exact same format as 3 other decks that I'm building customs with on the table.

Same result when I try to import it into a brand new, empty table.
Same result when I wipe the files being stored, re-upload images, and try again.
Same result when I continually reload the state and check the cards over and over.

The deck only has 20 cards. Do I need to lay the template out differently to accomodate this? I've done 3 other decks in the same fashion with successful results. Very confused here.

Guess I'm the only one with this problem... yay.

Hmm that sounds weird, especially if it's the only one. What's the URL to all the images you are using and which is the offending one? You don't need to lay it out any differently than the rest.

I'm actually working on porting a board game that's already out there and have yet to hear back from the company about any rules or policies that they may have (such as fantasy flight's "no text on cards" policy); so, I'm not willing to just throw links up in public here.

I'd be glad to assist via private message or e-mail, I just don't want to make anything public until I hear back from them.

No problem. If you can send an email to berserkgames@gmail.com, then we can continue this all in there. It will make it easier for me to keep track of us well. Thanks!

What ended up being the solution to this problem? I was doing a custom deck load and I had the back images load and the front ones but never at the same time. Now both are loading black. Restarted client, reloaded images to source, not finding the answer to the problem.

My friend had this issue when we were trying to play a game and I was hosting. It was loading fine for everyone else, but he would see some card decks as black (and just the front, not the back). He restarted the game once or twice, and even rebooted his computer, to no avail. Finally, he decided to change his graphics quality (from the TTS pop-up window) from low to medium, and that fixed it. Very strange.

I ended up switching to jpegs since the png's just weren't playing nice at all. Even then so I was still having the problem, so I reformated the cards to a different rez and they're working now but I'm still not sure what the issue factor was.

I managed to fix it shortly after that exchange. I believe I saved them as some other image type, then re-saved it again as a jpeg.
