Some thoughts to that.....
1. start TTs as Admin.
2. You can try to change your Mod Save Location in the Config of Tts, maybe your drive is full. choose another place and download the mods again- delete the old folder.. ;)
3. Or its the wrong place for your "maybe new tts install" and the old save was anywhere else of your downloadet Mods. Take the Old Location then.
4. If this Problem is only with your personal Saves, they are/was at you local drive, and if you missed to upload them to the cloud.., do replaced the Harddrive or do you use a new win installation.. for example ? They are gone then.
if you made no changes the saves are at:
c \users\YOurUserName\MyGames\tts.. blaa
( stupid ... if you ask me, i changed the path for my user data to another drive, all of it in win itself )
5.Or your Mods are outdatet, the files are not in the cloud anymore, search a newer Version then.
6.disable/enable mod caching and threading in the Config Of Tts, i have it activ.
english is hard ^^
Greetings
