D&D in Table Top: Anyone know how to play custom music/sounds?
Hey all. I run 1-2 D&D 5E sessions a month via Table Top Simulator and I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to play music/sounds within the game?

I've tried going through the in-game tablet to try using things like spotify, youtube, or even tabletopaudio.com playlists - but none of them seem to work. YouTube specifically will play annoying ads. Spotify can't be logged into. For the latter, tabletop only seems to play for the user itself.

Any help with this would be appreciated!

If you use Discord, get a music bot ie; Rythm, Octave, or Dynobot

Then you can play music direct in server voice chats. I think they are restricted to Youtube, though.

It takes some setup, but isn't difficult.

Use the ingame music player, you need the music in mp3 format on your own pc. Then just upload to steam cloud through the ingame music player interface and Bob's your uncle.

It'll stream for all players at the same time (host will be 1~2 seconds ahead of client players, not noticable for music streaming).

I think you can find the answer in this DnD music artist Ivan Duch [ivanduch.com]
