Best Game for two players (on a single PC)?
My Girlfriend and I want to play a few games. We would use the PC in the living room and play on a single PC.

What games are there in Tabletop Simulator which 2 players can play using a single instance of the software?

Most Coop games are fine aswell since you know the same in them anyway.
Stuff like zombicide or eldritch horror ...
Zombiedice comes to my mind aswell.

Carcassonne is good while sharing a PC. There is also a lot of co-op games like Pandemic, Forbidden Island, Elderitch Horror, Camp Grizzly to name a few. Yeah realized the keep your head turned while I at look at my hand is not that great :-p

Any game without hidden cards or objects... Chess, Coop games, wargames.

Jarl and The Duke come to mind if you like abstract strategy games
many of the heavy Euro games have no secret information such as Caylus, Caverna, Tzolk'in, also Kingsburg, Hansa Teutonica
As others said Coops such as Castle Panic, Ghost Stories, Pandemic, Legendary Encounters, shadowrift
also Splendor, Dominion, darkest night
Euphoria is another even if you have a hand of cards it really doesn't matter too much if your opponents see what cards you have

Any and all of them - when you choose Multiplayer > Hotseat mode, it switches between players for you.

Almost everything by Games Workshop works fine in hotseat. Just keep in mind that you may need to proxy stuff for some games (e.g. Mordheim, Necromunda, Battlefleet Gothic) and that anything already on Workshop is very likely to be purged by C&D Brand Prometheum at some point.

Proxies don't even have to specifically be from Warhammer; my Lizardmen and Bretonnian Mordheim warbands were created with Neverwinter Nights's toolset, a greenscreen mod, and ample GIMP filtering. Anything's possible with enough time put into it. Proxies not from Warhammer have another point in their favour; they're unlikely to be C&D'd if uploaded.

It is a very easy to learn game, that is quite mindbending to master.
Shameless self promo of my own very first game...
