Persona has it right. Hover over the pile of cards and press the number of cards to draw from it into your hand (it starts drawing from the top of the pile). If you have a pile of 8 cards and want them all, press 8. If you just want 1 card, press 1. If you need to draw 10 cards, you can press 1, then 0 quickly afterward to draw 10 cards, etc.

Actually, the numbers from the numpad doesn't do anything for me.
The numbers on the top of the keyboard does.

Also PROTIP: Never press the number a second time if you think it's taking too long.
The game waits a moment before drawing the cards, if you press the number again, it will think it is a two digit number.

Like, pressing 2 a second time will cause the game to draw 22 cards

If you press the number, then quickly swipe away from the card pile, the cards will draw the instant your hand leaves the pile.

While I prefer to draw manually (less out of benefit and more that I'm just used to it), that should be pretty helpful for those of you using the number keys to draw.

It only works on the number keys (not the numpad, sorry)

You mean that it's not supposed to work with the number pad? It still does for me, I just need to make sure to activate "num lock" so the number pad doesn't register as arrow keys.

Haha well there was a time when it didn't work and I remember that we did get it working later. It's the +/- keys on the numpad that don't work. :)
