Laptop built in microphone is not working
As the title implies, i use my laptop's microphone to communicate and this game is not picking it up. I have confirmed that the microphone array (aka my lapotop mic) is selected as default in the control panel as well as steam. Any other ways to fix this issue? (yes my mic is bound to c and yes i have tried holding down c and talking)

Update the driver for it. Go to device manager, find your mic driver, go to its properties, click update and let your windows search for an update and update it.

But in all honestly unless 10€/$ is a HUGE amount of money for you, buy a headset with a mic. Talking with a person who uses a laptop mic is aweful.
You hear ever single click he does, all the background noise (cars, people talking screaming, moving, anything going on around your house), and it is hard to hear the person who uses a laptop mic.

The cheapest kind of headsets that cost like 7-10$/€ fix all these problems. You wont have amazing sound quality, but you wont annoy the living hell out the people you play with. And it may come with a quick mute and unmute button for if someone walks in your room to speak with you or agaisnt some other noise or just when your for example coughing.

Let's try something. In Steam, go to View, then Settings, then Voice. Click Test Microphone and make some noise, then see if the lights turn on. Does it pick it up?

Yes it does, as does listening to it through the sound panel.

Ramp the sound to max in Microphone Volume, then change When Voice Chat Is Active to Automatically transmit instead of Push to Talk, then into Tabletop Simulator > Configuration > Controls and make sure Voice Chat is set to C.

Those are my settings. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you.
