How to take a sneak peek at cards?
let's say i have to take a look at the top 3 cards of a deck without anyone else seeing the contents of said cards. how do i do this without pulling the cards into my hand area?

you don't.

You need to pull them to your hand.

The only other option available to you is to take the top 3 cards from the deck and form a mini deck then use the private search to peek at them then put them all back on the big deck when your done......

which when you read it through like that is a lot of steps to just peak at the top 3 cards. :)

You could make a small hidden area, pull three cards to that area and flip them there. Take one to your hand and flip the rest back over, group them and put them back on the draw pile.

I've got a somewhat similar issue in trying to play Big Badaboom. Each player has a hand, and pass the bomb around which is a mini deck of usually 4 cards. Everyone else should be able to see the backs of the bomb cards to tell if the player removed the last mechanism or added a gadget to the bomb. But all attempts I've tried at having two hands per player just feels amazingly akward.
