You could make one with lua or maybe search the workshop for scripts. If none do what you want mentioning exactly what you're looking for someone could make it.

There are quite a few examples of automated dice rollers and random number gererators in the Workshop. I'd recommend drNòódles' "Easy Dice" mod, as you aren't constrained by a limited range (since it doesn't spawn actual dice). You just right-click on the model, change the description to "1d..." (whatever the limit of your range is), and click the button to see the result in the chat window.
