How do I unban/unblock someone

I banned a friend from a game jokingly, and now I can't seem to unban them. And everytime I try to make a game with a password, and they know the password, it says they are blocked and can't come into the game. I even checked my block list, they don't even appear on it. So what do I do? please help.

go to options on the main menu. :)

Go to settings -> Blocked Players, then click on the person you want remove.

well they are banned and when I try to unban them it says the player doesn't exist. Customer support is having trouble helping me as well.
