Seriously don't worry about it, because of TTS's use of a local cache. A targeted rash of DCMA takedowns is about as effective as mowing the lawn to permanently get rid of the grass.
What is in effect a distributed storage system for content, means anything that is remotely popular can be just be reloaded to the workshop by anyone who has a mind to directly from there own cache.

Or if your after something specific that has not re-appeared yet, make a request in one or all of the groups or sites that use TTS to play Warhammer and you'll most likely find some willing soul to share the assets your after.

Well it is there good right to do so , its like game developers dont want there work pirated , maybe you never had a job to understand that. Also its like sayed before , tons of back ups up already again
