Report a translation problem
Or you open the miniature mod, select all you want to carry over, Ctrl+C to copy, then directly load the map mod (without going via main menu) and Ctrl+V to paste.
Or you do what Dragonixor said, you open the map mod, then select the games window, navigate to the miniature mod, hover over the tile, press the 3 dots and select additive load. Be aware though that this way, they will appear exactly where they are on their own table, so that might be in the same place as parts of the map. So the minis might be thrown about or appear under the table or something else funny.
And finally, you could again go to the three dots as described above and instead click search, to show you all the content from the miniature mod, which you can then pull onto your map table. This is the way I recommend.
