Is it possible to include an editable PDF tool?
Dont know how to script to include Tormenta20 RPG Character Sheet...

i have 2 possibilities in mind .

1. take the one from this Workshop, expand the file and spawn it in your room the sheet only

If you mean a tool to actually create and edit pdfs within the sandbox, I highly doubt that will ever be implemented. A pdf editor is in itself a product, and making a pdf editor on top of TTS is maybe outside the scope or the intent of TTS.

As mentioned above, making a custom character sheet using the template+script tools is probably your best bet.
