Obscuring flat maps
I want to use flat maps in my campain. Is there any way to obscure then effektivly? So that I can unveil it part for part? I know I could just lay plaits on it but that seems a bit crude.

That is what the fog of war tool is for. You can find it in the zones.

Even parts of maps that are one picture?

I use/used flat maps in RPGs on tts. I find FoW to be very frustrating and not quite done, at least for the use of RPGs... maybe call it a work in progress.... You might find yourself spending a lot of time fiddling constantly with item visibility permissions, getting the fow to conceal the right part of the map, players saying they can see everything at certain angles, things vanishing, realizing you're in the wrong seat so you can't see everything the GM can, etc. etc.... I basically settled for using old fashioned hidden zones. I would just divide a map into explorable chunks, it worked fine.

Yeah you right. Many thanks. If I could now just give it a number at the fog level Slider instead of sliding to get it perfectly onto the map. But its more then good enough, many thanks. ^^
