+ you are able to export stuff directly to tts ;)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/523600/Card_Creator/
also creating a deck from scratch is super straight forward in tts
basically you create a poster with all the cards ... host it somewhere and tts makes a deck out of it
tts has a built in tool for that
just create your deck ... export it and you are good to host it anywhere you want
steamcloud is a good way to go ;)
go tto your tts directory then find the folder modding -> and choose the deck builder (steamapps\common\Tabletop Simulator\Modding\Deck Builder)
wast way = rightclick tts in your steam library and choose "manage" -> "browse local files
then you are instant inside the tts folder
from there its pretty much straight forward (its basically just drag and drop your cards "pictures")
stuff like copy paste works (if you create a deck that got certain cards more often)
the only thing you have to watch out is that the last card (lower right corner) is always the card back in tts ;)
id recommend that you dont go above the 10x7 format because the resolution get a little bit blurry
hope that helps :)
