Geforce is a fine gfx platform, even "to this day," it's great. Not sure what you mean by "cut," but if you really want to make a statement, stop using Microsoft products. They have been wielding directx to destroy everything for many years now. Download Linux Mint or something else and abandon the evil. Sleep well at night. Microsoft employees are ♥♥♥♥♥. Apple employees are ♥♥♥♥♥. Do the right thing. TTS works fine in Linux.

Yeah... Had to retire my 1terrabyte desktop from Internet and am now on a laptop because of that WX (Windows 10) spyware that bloat a CPU and Hardrive pretty fast with program I cannot uninstal and or use but still are running in background and with every updates I have to kill and rekill.

I'm happy TTS can be played on almost anything computerwise. I really ought to put Mint on at least my old computer.

Maybe will not make everything compatible with all, but will be light and not get on an error booting screen unrepairable state asking if I want to boot on another OS (oh the irony... oh the irony. Continue like that MS and see what the most people choose in the end. We may all go and learn to code one day.).

I was really drunk when I wrote that. Sorry. but the essential controlling elements of my thesis are true. :P

For serious though, I never had any issues dual booting M$ win 10 and Mint 18.3 (it's now at 19.3 and is quite sharp). I got so used to the awesomeness of the OS, particularly how much power I can leverage out of an "outdated" quad core, that I abandoned dual booting completely 2 years ago. Any M$ stuff I need to do for work I use the cloud for. No more secret processes. No more spying. No more being a stool sample in a vast AI data collecting experiment (Apple is the same in that department). No crappy middleware. No bloatware. Being a linux user is a lot like being an OSX user in terms of the availability of gaming apps, but since I spend 95% of my gaming in RPGs and boardgames it's not a big deal for me anymore.

You all pose very good points but there is one main issue: Geforce now is not on Linux so i am forced to use window's 10, another service like shadow maybe on linux (not too sure) but even if it was it's service is 10% full till 2021.

I find it difficult to believe that your Geforce card won't work on any distro of Linux. Mine works fine. There's even an Nvidia proprietor driver and management tool, though many people perfer the open source drivers in the linux community. I use whatever works.

It's not a geforce graphics card aka geforce experience deivers, geforce now (the streaming service) service is not on linux so I cannot use Linux if the way I stream and play games though the internet is not supported full stop.

oh, sorry my mistake. I read "geforce now" incorrectly. I imagine that must happen a lot.

it does happen a lot when i mention it, it's an easy mistake to make so there is no need to be rude about it, only point out the names are different.
