"load image failed unsupported format" ? google drive problem

how can i fix this error ?

everyone is able to load stuff just fine but 2 friends of mine get this "load image failed unsupported format" error message

we tried to disable the firewall , disable mod caching / threading , deleted the mod folder and re downloaded it

still nothing helps :/

it looks like hosting stuff on google drive is the problem

its works if you click on the links themselves but it doesnt work if you try to load google drive thingies in tss

did google block tts somehow ?

is there a way to bypass this ?

2 ways to make it work for yur friends

1.use the Backup tool, https://steamcommunity.com/app/286160/discussions/0/496880503078046116/
and toss it onto googledrive,dropbox, mediafire or anything for yur friends to download and restore the assets

2. u convert all the assets from google drive into STeam cloud, and make a save file of it an give it to yur friends.

sadly both options dont work

if you use the backup tool it says for every link

Downloading "insert link here"
- Error downloading, image was removed!

but if you open the file in your browser youll see that the file is available

upload all gives error message "there is no need to upload files"

Hit BACKUP on the TOOL, since u have it stored locally on your hard drive since u stated it just the 2 friends that doesnt work for so i assume u have it already and didnt have problems.
then u are going to give the stored assets to your friends. n tell them to use the backup tool and hit RESTORE

not sure why it is saying "there is no need to upload files", only time it would say that if theres Nothing loaded on the table

i assume u loaded the mod first than click upload all

yeah i loaded the mod first then clicked upload all

also yeah used the backup tool without pre loading the mod first
(because tts doent download stuff its just giving out error messages)

the backup tool only works if you already downloaded the mod ?
that would suck too because we only stored stuff we needed in bags and update as we go
aka we dont have the stuff we need pre loaded

varies. can help pre downloading as long the host site where the assets are stored isnt remove/deleted when downloaded. its more useful later on when modders dont matain there mods and the host site where assets are located are removed so its good to backup if u really like the mods
