Two players sharing the same computer in an online multiplayer game

Just a newbie starting to use tabletop simulator. I'm sorry if this has already been answered. I wasn't able to find it on here.

I want to play a multiplayer game with 4 players where 2 players are on their respective computers, while the other 2 players are sharing a computer. Does the game allow the players who share the same computer to take turns?

if you use hotseat mode you should be able to have two people on the same comp take turns and I think you're still able to join or host online games doing so

A mixed Hotseat/Online Multiplayer does not exactly exist.
But you can work around this by manually switching Seats in a Online Session.
Depending on the kind of games you want to play, be sure turn off the auto disabling of unused player hands or else the card hand of the player falls down when you leave the seat.
