Comunicar un error de traducción
Specifically, I was using a bluetooth headset (Sony Wh-1000xm3). When I went to the menu i had sound, but in any game, including the tutorial, my entire system sound was muted.
I managed to fix it by right clicking on my speaker in the taskbar and going to 'Open sound settings' - then going to 'advanced sound settings' and setting the input and output of the headphones to something specific (not default). While in the tutorial, if you fix it sound will just work, you probably don't need to restart, so just mess about with things till it works.
It seems that the INPUT setting specifically made it mute or not.
