Cant hear sound in tts

A few days ago it just happened randomly, i cant hear anything within tts, but everything else works fine, i've checked my audio drive and crap and those arent the issues, i've uninstalled and reinstalled, verified game files, messed around with ingame settings, Nothing. anyone else having this issue? would love some help cuz i cant play some of the games without sound. Thank you.

I got TTS yesterday and had the same issue.
Specifically, I was using a bluetooth headset (Sony Wh-1000xm3). When I went to the menu i had sound, but in any game, including the tutorial, my entire system sound was muted.

I managed to fix it by right clicking on my speaker in the taskbar and going to 'Open sound settings' - then going to 'advanced sound settings' and setting the input and output of the headphones to something specific (not default). While in the tutorial, if you fix it sound will just work, you probably don't need to restart, so just mess about with things till it works.

It seems that the INPUT setting specifically made it mute or not.

1. Tested that out and it isnt an issue with my headphones.
2. the sound problem only happens with tts. Nothing else.
3. headset im using is a Sades 7.1CH Gaming Headset

I still have to mess about with the sound settings every time when using my headset to make it work... when using wired headphones + mic plugged into the PC its not an issue... would be good if this was resolved!

i have the same problem, Windows 10 make update, and after that i can hear ntohing on TTS, can some one help me?
