How do I share the 4-pack?

1. You buy the 4-pack
   
2. It adds one copy to your library automatically
   
3. It adds the rest of the copies (3 gifts) to your Steam-Inventory
   
4. From there you can either "Send gift" via Steam-Friendlist or E-Mail or you can send the gift via Steam-Trades

EDIT:
Only buyable as long as you dont have the game yourself

You click on "games" at the top of your steam interface. Then "manage gifts and guest passes". There you should see an extra 3 copies of your game to give away.
