How could I fix 'Load image failed unsupported format: UNKNOWN' issue?

I'm trying upload some images to use like TILE, i export from Illustrator (RGB) in .png or .jpg and doesn't work =/ Some ideas?

The developers dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about us anyway. I have had issues with images unable to load for 2 years. I have posted on reddit and steam and never got a way to fix it.

usually when an image doesn't load its because the source for the image isn't up anymore, you could try doing it with any format it shows available, kinda strange cause png and jpeg usually work
