Dice Roller announcer and single player turn manager?

Hi guys, just have a couple questions if these things exist somewhere.

1) Is there an announcer for a dice roller, where when you roll a dice a text shows up near the top detailing who rolled a what?

2) There used to be an object on the workshop called single player turn manager. I don't remember exactly what it did, but I'm assuming it worked along the lines of a more detailed hotseat feature. I like playing some games that don't have solo variant rules, and I'm unsure how to house rule them myself, so I usually just hotseat them. I still have the object saved but it doesn't seem to work anymore.

its not hotseat however, i dont think anything like this exists.
