Having Two Game Masters?
I was looking to run a DnD campaign with some friends where me and another co-GM the campaign, rather than having only a single GM. My issue here is that only one player can be assigned the role of Game Master in tabletop. Does anyone know a workaround?

Have who ever is not in the gm spot make a hidden area for you two? That way you both can see all the hidden stuff maybe?

Yeah. There's no way you can both be the black player. One of you will have to pick a different colour and join the same team as the GM.

Black doesn't offer that much super vision. I'm more interested in how 2 GMs will work, if two people can write a screenplay, why not. I'd love to know how the game progresses with two Gms. :)

Is the team option still working as in the ones you can be team heart/diamond/spades? Might just allow permission as the GM to that team and then team the co-GM to share all behind the fog of war.

I have played in a rotating-GM game. It was years ago, but there were about 15 active players, so we rotated who the GMs (yes 2) were, one junior, one senior for story continuity. It can work, but all the would-be GMs need to be on board, and put their PC's into "stasis" while they are in the hot seats. Additionally, I'm currently running a home-grown RPG that requires 2 GMs to track all the bits that are floating around. So if there's any further investigation/interest into this, I am all-in! :)

rotating GMs sure... A friend of mine has been playing just such a campaign for over 10 years with the same people, and there's been like 5 GMs rotating in and out of the game, but 2 GM's at the same time?

Yes, we always had 2 GMs at all times. Once you're comfortable with the arrangement you will never want to go back. Each GM can focus on their strengths and let the other compensate for their weaknesses... in TTS, it could be one focused on the story telling aspect, and the other doing the game operation to reflect the story being told.

Kinda like the Coen brothers... Well I'd like to see it streamed some time. Have fun. :)
