Anyone Have A Cloud Manager Fix?
I've been running a D&D game using the program.

When I go to Modding -> Cloud Manager:
1. There are no uploads showing.
2. There is a ???? where the number of GB left should show.
3. When I click the upload all button, It just circles and does nothing. For hours. I've done this on maps that were much, much more involved in the past.

I cannot pinpoint a build when this started happening since I only do it when my players tell me there are models not showing(big circle). Probably November? Definitely either that month or December. I ran a map with a ton of models and effects and sounds in December, and I backed it up beforehand.
I have verified the game cache. I have even tried to download a program called TTSModBackup 2.0.18 since that helped someone with a similar issue. Didn't help me unfortunately.
I don't think the game has ever crashed for me.

Going to properties through steam for this game, I have about 858mb stored. That's on the steam side. But the game doesn't say anything about it.

If anyone knows a fix, please let me know.

Yeah, I'm hoping someone will know. The main issue is that it is preventing me from uploading anything to the cloud. It just spins and spins, even with the default board and nothing on it. So everyone else cannot see half the content.

I have the same exact problem... :/
Any fix yet? Here is a picture of the problem:

Also, I would like to add that this happened when I pressed "upload all loaded files" which created another folder with the same name as one that I already had in Root.
When I press "Create Folder" and click to see available folders, I see the name of that folder twice. So there is probably where the bug is.
I hope it gets fixed soon because I can't access my files. :(

I actually found a fix by editing the CloudFolder.bson local file.
You can follow the steps Dimikosta posted here:

Happy Creating! :D

Huh....that did it. Thanks. But not sure why, since the 'offending folder' was one I made a month after I was having the issue.
Of note: I renumbered the section after removing a middle piece. This will make sense when you get to step 3.

My solution was:

1.) Navigate to the remote folder for tabletop simulator E.G: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\XXXXXXXXX\XXXXXXXX\remote\
2.) Find "CloudFolder.bson" and copy it out of the folder.
3.) Edit the bson file to deleting the offending folder (In my case it was the folder with a colon in it. It displayed "/r/n" at the end of the listing)
4.) Copy this edited folder back into the remote folder.
5.) Launch TTS and open cloud manager and cross your fingers!
