HELP PLEASE - "WWW Image Error: Cannot resolve destination host"
The link to the "Official Forums" in the "Having Issues?" thread does not work, unfortunately. So I've left this as a comment there, but I'm not seeing replies to others' issues.

I just installed Steam and Tabletop Simulator on a machine I have not used before for these applications. After logging into my accounts, I found that my custom Games were available to load on Tabletop Simulator (though the preview images are not shown on the "Games" menu). I loaded one of my games and used it without issue for 20 minutes.

Then suddenly (following a tableflip, and a rewind-time), all of my custom assets were whited out and a "Custom Tile" or "Custom Token" dialogue box opens for each one, requesting for me to import it. The steamcloud image urls are there (e.g. http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/788623201118019127/A355B8EE0884EE4314393881CB4D9BA72470486C/) but when I click "Import" I'm hit with the error message WWW Image Error: Cannot resolve destination host.

This occurs with all of my original Game files, and I'm also getting the error message upon simply launching TTS now (on the home screen, as soon as the application launches).

I'm assuming there is a simple solution, but I can't find it online and I am not technically savvy. Can someone please assist?

Hey, thanks for your help, but can you tell me how to get those folders there, and are they inside the game or do you have to look for them outside the game?

hey, I have the same problem and apparently it is the steam discussions. The solution is this the problem is that I really have no idea how to access those options, is it from the steam menu or the game or from another external application?
I would like that you can help me.

in the TTS game there are buttons across the top center
click menu
click configuration
in the game tab, the 5th setting down.. mod caching... uncheck that box

Thank you for this, it saved me from trying to figure it out, and the answer was quick and to the point for fixing the issue, thus the award I gave.
