Accidentally deleted game. How can I reinstall it?

In an effort to fix an install issue accidentally delete the tabletop simulator folder and emptied the trash. Now the Steam client thinks that it is installed and I can't reinstall or re-download the game file. I paid for this program and now it's not working. Please help!

Go to your library and right click the game, click properties then click on local files. Once you are on local files click on 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES'. Hopefully this helps

Not sure what your directory tree looks like, every Windows install seems to have different places where Steam/TTS ends up. There is likely more than one "Tabletop Simulator directory" on your computer. If you messed about with the steam directory that wants to be hidden, you might have to actually uninstall and reinstall steam. Back up the steam directory, it will be the one with tenfoot and config stuff in it. Also backup your Tabletop Simulator mods/saves/workshop directories which may be in an entirely different place.

Welp I uninstalled Steam according to the instructions on the steam support forums and then reinstalled Steam. When I go to Install tabletop simulator (which I've purchased in the past and is showing up in my library) it gives me an error "An error occurred while installing Tabletop Simulator (content servers unreachable)"

Could this problem redownloading tabletop simulator may or may not be linked to the fact that within my Steam client (on a mac) it will not allow me to sign in to the community workshops or even to check my account details. It bring up the message "There was an error communicating with the Steam servers. Please try again later."

Please help with this. At this point I don't even care if I have to rebuy the game but it won't even let me do that. It just says that I've already purchased the game.....
