Protractor
Me and some friends wish to play a game that have some rules requiring you to measure something with a protractor. Does anyone know of a mod for one, or how to make an accurate one for us to use? Perhaps im dumb and just missed the glaringly obvious workshop item, but all my searches have turned up dry.

Well, you could just google for an image of such a device, best use a .png image with transparency for best results and import that as custom token.
Other than that, the objects in game can only be rotated in a minimum of 15° angles, (unless using gizmo) so you can get at least a rough measurement out of everything.

I guess you could get a protractor template as mentioned above, but I can't see why you would need one since you have all the measuring tools of all dimensions right in the toolset. You can drop a block on the table, scale it into a ruler shape, then set its rotation value to whatever you need. You can use the ruler (tab) to measure in units; I think the default is inches but this can be changed. You can create a protractor of multiple dimensions with the gizmo. Even with just a simple ruler shape, you can rotate it to whatever snap points you set. It's just arches you need measuring for blast radiuses or something?

Its an RP game with a combat system i havent seen much similar to. But ya blast radiuses, flame throwers, hell saying "I shoot the first enemy that enters this area" requires you to mark a 45degree area infront of you. Either way thanks, ill try and make somethin using what yall said.

There's a bunch of different AoE indicators in the workshop. Many of them are blocks, but some of them are angled ones. You can take the idea from the blocks or the angles to make your own, without using a protractor. Just use the correct indicator size for the effect.

This one seems to have the largest variety of angles

These all include angles of some sort, and not just blocks

These are all blocky, but are the same idea, for additional inspiration if you make your own

I thought I had seen some plain white ones with more angles at some point, but none of my search terms were able to bring them up if they ever existed and weren't just some figment of my imagination.
