boylegd
He's one of my favorite new(er) modders and very nice. I think he might be your best bet. He ports a LOT of old forgotten SPI/GMT type stuff to TTS.

Madmark56 - Probably next to boylegd currently one of the main curators of these old games for TTS.

Kendo353 - lots of old hex game mods

Netes (more Euros than chit and hex but he's prolific and his tastes are eclectic)

Cesar -- I've never spoken with him but he's made a dozen or so mods that are all ports of games similar to those; 70s chitpuller wargames and such.

ajkiger - He's ported several chit pullers over.
