Having HUGE Connection issues.
Whenever I try and host, or join another persons game, there's a large sizable delay between me moving something, and it actually happening. Then, after this has gone on for a while, the table freezes in one state, and cannot be changed further. This only happens when I join people. This seems to happen to everyone I connect to and connect with, and I know my internet is totally fine because my ping is in the low 100's and high 90's.

Nah, it's been happening a ton recently, I'd say within the past month or so.

If your host is using a proxy in the options, of course you're going to have extra lag.
And yes, it will only happen when joining other people because otherwise you're either the host or singleplayer. There's nothing much you can do to avoid that.

Your best hope is to port forward 11155 in your router (google it if you don't know how to) and then host matches to other people, but disabling the proxies in the game host options.

Unless your clients are very away from your physical computer position, then they won't most likely have lag. Once again, you won't have lag at all due to being host.

But remember: Even if everything is set on your end, when joining other people, you will STILL have lag if they have bad connection / proxies on.
