Touchscreen
Does this Software Support the Use of big Touch Screen which lay on a table and used a game map. Or do i need a mouse to drag and drop the game marker?

It has touchscreen yes.

Fire the tutorial up while on touch and it will tell you how the controls works, supposedly.
