Can't move objects after something

my friends and I were playing and after someone search a bag, we can't move anything or interact with anything anymore, it is highligted, but we can't move it. To continue the game, we have to create the room again. Please fix this, it's really anyoing, we have to do this 2~3 times per play

WHat if you save and then load the game, does that let you interact with them again?

I haven't heard of this issue before any steps to reproduce this happening?

well, when someone other than the host search a bag or a pile of cards, it triggers this state, and it begins doing this after the update back in january

well, it's happened again, in the scythe dlc, but this time, no one search a bag or anything and it blocks everyone from moving cards, except the host

Hello, my friend has similar issue.
1. He search a deck.
2. He leave the search menu

Then every object is unavailable to him - he can't interact with any object or draw/type something on the table.

I am having this issue and it happens every time I search any set of objects. It doesn't happen on Single player. I tried to host a game and my friends cannot join that game.

After attempting to close the search feature - I can no longer interact with any other object on the board.

Reproduce -> Search, close search, can no longer interact with anything.

I have scoured the internet for solutions: Verifying Integrity / Uninstall Reinstall / delete folder in My Games / switch between SSD and HDD - nothing has worked thus far.

Any guidance would be amazing as this is highly frustrating and this game is awesome and it seems like this has been an issue for a long time :c

Okay so I messed around a little bit to see if I could find my own solution - it MUST be a network issue - I was playing with a VPN on and after turning this off it fixed this issue. The gimmick here is that I turned the VPN back on and it still works now.

If you are having this problem, you may want to look towards it being a network issue over a software one.

I am having similar issues, but my issue is that I can add cards to my deck, but I cannot move anything on the board. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tabletop Simulator but I am having the same issue. I have tried everything and I cannot see what is causing the issue. Please advise.
