I'm not sure why that's a thing, it's pretty clear that something is a button without it.
Not necessarily. I strongly dislike the ugly lua buttons so in mods where presentation matters I texture in my own (and I've seen a few select modders follow suit as well). That these are buttons is obvious to you and me but certainly isn't always clear as day for everyone.
Gotta cater to the potato.
Sounds like an existential problem to me.
Naturally having the option to turn it off would be ideal, however it seems to me like the problem here is not being aware of the obvious use case; distinguishing between non/interactable objects.
Red player hovers over the button a red symbol appears. I thought that's what it meant lol.
Why on earth is the visibility of this icon not configurable via settings?
I use the Counter component and this button icon continually obscures the Counter display, very annoying.
The icon is completely redundant for the Counter, the buttons are obvious. Thats why it needs to be configurable.
