Do achievements work for anybody?
I finished the game and didn't get even one.

Well now it works. It seems that restart of Steam client helped somehow.
Silly me that I didn't try it earlier, but who would guess it? :)
So thanks for your reply, it seems that the problem wasn't on the game side.
