And I'm not the only GNU/Linux only gamer who voted up mainly because of its Linux support.
I understand your anger, but understand it's an honest mistake, not some lies I've made to get the game greenlit.
And again, if you really want to play the game, you can get it in other stores.
It's about the integration with the Steamworks. The game runs on Linux but can't be integrated the Steam things.

Flixel, right? That's what's listed on the Desura page, at least.
From my understanding, Canabalt and Neo Scavenger do, too. As do a few other games with Linux builds on Steam. MIght want to consider taking a second look into whatever issue you were having.
If anything changes in the future, count me in. +1 for Linux.
