Has anything substantial ever been created with the level editor?

Has anyone actually created, like, a full campaign? Or even just a brutal platforming gauntlet? There have been mappacks made and publicized, but they're all usually just short demonstrations of the fact that this game does, indeed, have a level editor. There's also the randomizer, which uses the level editor to work, but the crux of it depends on external code.
