Borderless Window still shows taskbar

I like to use Borderless Window, but the taskbar still there and doesn't hide

You can easily fix this and whenever it happens with any game by opening up task manager and restarting explorer.exe

did that and it didn't fix it for me :S

Just run it in fullscreen. Technically fullscreen functions like borderless windowed

I'm having this problem with any of the display options, including Fullscreen. Any help?
