Have the 3 keys but...

I have found all 3 keys and I put them in the locks behind the fireplace. I am able to turn the top key. For the middle and lower keys the turn icon is there but they don't move. Am I missing something or is this a glitch?

Keep turning the top key and then trying the middle key.
