Can't Progress Past Henry's Shop

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I was about to leave Henry's shop after visiting the first time, but when I click on the bike to leave it says that the bike still has a flat tire. It won't let me do anything else and other playthroughs of the game I've seen show them leaving the shop with no problem. Is this a glitch??

Yes, this is a glitch. A couple people have reported issues with their tasks being tracked. I believe this is related and I’m looking into it.

If you open your task list are there any tasks there?

Nope, I just checked and there are no tasks. Maybe I'll try loading from an autosave and see if I can get past it for now
