Am i dumb for not finding a single tool my entire first playthrough?

Hi there,

Tools can be acquired when you complete the 5 Heroine's Personal Mission.
1. Get their Affection to 80
2. A pop up will indicate their Affection will remain at 80 unless you assist them with their personal troubles.
3. Next, there will be a button where it writes Heroine's trouble.
4. Click on it and it will trigger a unique dialogue, afterwards when you visit the Map; there will be a new battle map location with the Heroine's icon
5. Win the battle and you will be awarded with the tools & something unique.

Pro Tip
1. Turn off auto-save, some of the battles are difficult
2. You can only use the MC & said Heroine in the battle.
3. You may lose the battle up to 3 times and it will trigger Defeat Scene, the defeat result will be devastating.
4. Miki's Personal Mission is the most difficult since you are not allowed to lose at all.
