It seems like you can't change the money during the morning hours. But when it's night time and you can do purchases, you can fetch the money value and simply change it.

You can also just edit the save file... to decrypt, it need a password that already posted in save file password thread.. edit any value you want and resave/rename the file back.

if i edit save values in the save files after decrypting it makes it day 28 and i cant play
