Both my client and his date were two stars. He was a Practical type, and she was a Glam. If your client is a VIP, they won't want a relationship with anyone with whom they find they don't have something in common. The less stars, the better.
I initially talked about superficial stuff regarding appearance on the third date (i.e. hairstyle and clothing). Dates generally tend to dress accordingly to their own type, so if the couple are of opposing types, you should have no trouble getting a chance to lie about whether you love their election of cosmetic division. And remember, they won't want to talk about it if you've already talked about it!
After the second topic, I got neither flatulence nor an ex (both being extra situations for you to lie), so I selected Interests as the third topic. The thing with Interests is that you can lie about whether you like your date's interest, and about an interest you don't actually have. Two lies for the price of one! Of course, you'll have to correctly guess one of your date's interests (be sure to select one that doesn't coincide with your client's type), and select a fake interest that would appeal to your date's type. Be sure to consult these guides.
I dont know if all the spins have to be successful, but remember that your date will be less impressed if you fail a spin. Make sure you have plenty of money in case you have to cheat. (Cheating doesn't count as a separate spin, by the way.)
An excellent strategy! :-)
