It looks like the solo time is single session rather than cumulative, is there any way to change it so I don't have to leave the game running for a week straight without touching my pc?

i checked achievements and im 100% sure 1 year wasting is impossible in 1 month

on the leaderboard are guys who have more than 180h and one even 380h even the game is only 120h out... how is this possibile?

With the difficulty of the "doing nothing together for a year" achievement, I believe, like the most recent change, it should be made to account for accumulative time in regard to lobby members. With the current achievement, you'd need to have a max lobby of 20 players all doing nothing for ~18 days straight without losing connection (which is a common issue).
