If you are seeking technical support and none of the steps below have worked for you, send us an email and provide the following:

• Your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS).
  
• GPU driver version used. If you have multiple GPUs (for example in a laptop) please provide information for both.
  
• Please provide clear information on what exactly happens when trying to play the game on your machine. Do you manage to get into the launcher or does your issue already happen before that? Does the game always crash at a specific point in the game, or randomly after a certain time?

First Things to Check

1. Do the usual - Install the latest Windows Updates and install the latest drivers for your graphics card/chipset.
   
2. Please keep in mind the minimum requirements for the game found on the store page.
   
3. Please disable any additional software that might be getting in the way.
   Various virus scanners are known to be problematic with a lot of games, so please try disabling them temporarily to see if it solves your problem.
   
4. If you are running the game activated via Steam, please verify all files are present on your PC correctly.Steam offers convenient functionality to verify your local files. Right Click on the game in your Steam game library, select 'Properties' > Select the 'Local Files' Tab, and then select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'. Steam will verify all your files and will re-download any required in cases there are corruptions.

Known Issues

Controller not working with Steam Link
This appears to be a widepsread issue and something we're looking into.

Game starts and no graphics are visible (black screen with sound).
Solution 1: This error can occur if the game display is smaller than Crimzon Clover's default resolution (1280x768). Try setting the resolution of your monitor to a higher resolution if possible.
Solution 2: If you're still having issues try updating your graphic card drivers.

The game screen is zoomed in on startup
Try changing Window display settings to 100% to see if it resolves the issue.

Framerate is capped at 57 FPS on some systems.
Resetting the computer is a temporary workaround for this in some cases.

If you restart on Stage 1 during Training Mode, the player's ship is momentarily invisible.

Occasionally the Stage 4 Boss doesn't fire its laser cannons properly in it's phase 1 attack.

There is a rare game crash on the Stage 5 Boss.

There is a rare compatibility problem that can result in garbled graphics when running on Windows 10.

Still does not work. Too bad, I was looking forward to play this game.

If you haven't tried it already, disable ALL Controller Configuration supports in Steam settings. That fixes most if not all issues with controllers and this game.

Yah disable controllers in big picture mode then works fine on old xbox pc controller also on pro controller.
