Black screen on start up

everytime i load up the game i get a black screen but can still hjear the game audio. anyone have a fix for this please?

There are two potential solutions to this issue
Solution 1: This error can occur if the game display is smaller than Crimzon Clover's default resolution (1280x768). Try setting the resolution of your monitor to a higher resolution if possible.
Solution 2: If you're still having issues try updating your graphic card drivers.

Heyho, I had a similar problem and wasn't able to solve it so far. At first I started the game with my 2 monitor setup (I have my TV aswell linked to the gpu but it was turned off at that time) and the main menu of Crimzon Clover appeared exactly the way it should in fullscreen on my main monitor. I realized I hadn't turned on my xbox 360 controller and so I did that in the main menu. It didn't work so I assumed restarting the game may be required - and so I did with my controller turned on this time. But this time the main menu wouldn't appear it's just a blackscreen with the music playing. I tried to turn off my 2nd monitor as Solaire mentioned the dual monitor setup was a problem for him, but I still get a blackscreen with the music playing (also being able to hit buttons in the menu and start a game - with black screen of course). I think the game is sick and would love to play it some more, hope you can solve this problem!

Nevermind, reinstalling the game and choosing "run as administrator" before starting the game fixed the issue for me!
